To be considered as a candidate for the Human Resources Officer position, you must meet the minimum education and experience qualification requirements listed below.

Education Specialized Experience
BA/BS in Human Resources or related field 3 years
OR
High School Diploma or Equivalent 6 years

Specialized Experience
You must have at least 3 years of PROFESSIONAL work experience in human resource management, public administration, or general management support in a medium or large organizations that would enable you to apply specific knowledge, skills, and abilities appropriate to the position. Does your professional work experience include:
1. Experience in a human resources office in a government agency or in the private sector with responsibilities for program planning and policy development? YesNo 
2. Experience in recruitment, qualifications examination and placement of professional and/or support staff personnel? YesNo 
3. Experience in position classification/job evaluation? YesNo 
4. Experience in wage and benefits surveys and analysis? YesNo 
5. Experience in the administration of employee benefits programs such as health benefits, life insurance and retirement systems? YesNo
